REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was 6.5nm long and narrow, and had a moderate contrast with its surroundings. The anomaly appeared to be connected to an oil facility. The wind at the time was 14kt from the NE, and the currents were towards south at 0.4kt.


UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly lied at the edge of the satellite image, so the entire area of the anomaly could be larger. We also lowered the confidence to Medium-high due to the fact that the anomaly itself was rather faint, also the wind and currents did not fully explained the alignment of the anomaly.
