REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had a strong contrast to its surroundings and appeared metallic in color in some areas, suggesting thicker oil.  The anomaly appeared to emanate from an oil facility and moved north-northwest approximately 4.5 nmi and measured approximately 0.18 nmi at its widest width.  Winds were from the south-southwest at 5 kts, which aligned well with the placement of the heavier oil and slight feathering signature observed.
