REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. An anomaly appeared to be connected to a vessel approximately 50nm off of the Texas coast. The anomaly widened slightly with distance which may have been a sign of a possible bilge dump. The anomaly itself measured approximately 1.2nm in length and 0.1nm at its widest point. It appeared darker in contrast to the lighter ocean background. Winds were E at 10-15kts at the time of the satellite imagery. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There were not any previous reports of a possible bilge dump in the area, keeping our confidence level at Medium-High.
