The anomaly appeared to originate from the location of Destroyed Taylor platform, a source of repeat oil leaks and was believed to correspond to NRC report #1303513. The anomaly was measured approx.. 0.85 NMI long and 0.21 NMI wide. It shows a dark contrast against the ocean background with a slight shimmery appearance. UNCERTAINTIES:There is no uncertainty since the anomaly was believed to correspond to a previous NRC report.
