REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was connected to Wreck 1487, a known repeat leak source. It measured approximately 2.73nm in length and 0.10nm in width. The anomaly only had a medium contrast to the surrounding scene, although since this anomaly was associated with a repeat leak source, our confindence remains high. Winds were generally out of a westerly direction around 10-15kts at the time the satellite imagery was collected.
