REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. A small anomaly extended 0.15 nm to the southwest of an oil facility and was up to 0.03 nm wide. The anomaly had a white shimmer consistent with sunglint and was located in the Ship Channel approximately 1.75 nm southwest of Houston Point. Winds at the time were from the northeast at 5-10 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: High confidence was assessed based on the connection to a suspected point source and the white shimmer in all of the anomaly.
