REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was linear in shape with well-defined edges and had a bright/silvery contrast to the surrounding area.  The anomaly was measured approximately 1.14 NMI long and 0.02 NMI wide as its average width distance. The anomaly was believed to be associated with NRC#1304593. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There is no uncertainty since the anomaly was believed to correspond to a previous NRC report
