REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 2.29 nm in length and approx. 0.29 nm at its widest. The white/shimmery anomaly, which is a characteristic of relatively thicker oil, was distinguishable from natural phenomena. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the S at 6 kts.
