REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had good contrast to the surrounding scene. This anomaly was linear in shape and approximately 1.77nm in length and 0.17nm at its widest point. It appeared to emanate from an oil facility in the Gulf of Mexico and is likely related to NRC #1306364. Winds around the time of the satellite image were E at 5-10kts.
