This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly was spotted in the Grand Isle region and appeared to emanate from a nearby oil facility to the South. The dimensions of this anomaly were approximately 3.28nm in length and up to 0.54nm wide. The anomaly was diffuse in spots but also had a well defined edge. Local winds were generally light, WNW at 5kts. UNCERTAINTIES: There were no recent NRC reports linked to this anomaly. Relatively thicker oil could not be confidently identified after enhancing the image.
