REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly stood out from its surroundings and displayed feathering. Parts of the anomaly appeared metallic in color, suggesting thicker oil. There were several oil facilities in the area around the anomaly. The anomaly measured approximately 5.72 nmi long and had a width of roughly 0.51 nmi at its widest point. Winds near the time of the image were 12 kts coming from the SE, which agreed with the orientation of the anomaly. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The analyzed extent of the anomaly is approximate due to the possibility that clouds were partially covering the anomaly.
