REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared in satellite imagery as a segmented line that widened with distance, an indication that this was likely a bilge dump. The anomaly was approximately 66.68nm in length and in up to 0.67nm in width. No vessel could be seen in the imagery and the full extent of the anomaly is unknown due to the image being cut off. Although, due to the sudden breaks in the anomaly and the widening with distance, our confidence remains High. Winds at the time of the satellite imagery were W around 10kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There was not a candidate vessel visible in the scene and the full extent of the anomaly is unknown.
