REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IMAGERY IS MORE THAN 24 HRS. OLD***Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 6.80 nmi in length and approx. 0.18 nmi in width. The anomaly was mostly white/shimmer which was an indication of relatively thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the S between 10-15 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: There were oil facilities and oil pipelines within the vicinity of the anomaly that could've been a possible point source.
