This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly was co-located with NRC report #1312346 and a previous MPSR issued on 8/1 that was assigned NRC #1312408. The dimensions of the anomaly were approximately 1.16nm by 0.82nm. The anomaly had good contrast with the surrounding scene and appeared round in shape in satellite imagery. Winds were W at 10-15kts. UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be identified, although due to the recent MPSR and NRC report, confidence remains High.
