REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly extended about 1.12 NM in length by approximately 0.04 NM in width, had good contrast with its background, and was associated with a repeat leak source. Additionally, the anomaly had areas of thicker oil characterized by a silvery-white hue on the water surface. Winds were 5 KT out of the SE at the time of the image. Condsidering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.


UNCERTAINTIES:The full extent of the anomaly could not be determined due to cloud cover in the region.
