This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had good contrast with its background, had unnatural twists and turns and extended 5.5 NM long by about 0.5 NM wide at its widest point. Additionally, the anomaly emanated from a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of the ESE at 10 KT at the time of the image. Condsidering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
