REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IMAGE IS MORE THAN 24 HRS. OLD***Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from a possible oil pipeline in the vicinity. It was approximately 1.45 nmi in length and approx. 0.32 nmi at its widest. The anomaly had a white/rainbow sheen/metallic center which indicates relatively thicker oil. It had moderate to high contrast against its surrounding environment. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the E between 0-5 kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: Aside from the oil pipeline in the vicinity, no other visible point sources.
