REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is roughly 6.7 NM  in length and 1.2 NM in width. The anomaly has good contrast with its background. 

UNCERTAINTIES:  The anomaly does not have a point source and no vessels seen in its vicinity. Winds are light at 5 kts out of the east.
