REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly stood out from its surroundings. Part of the anomaly appeared metallic in color suggesting thicker oil. The potential point source could have been a pipeline that intersected with the anomaly. The anomaly is believed to be related to NRC# 1314105. The anomaly measured approximately 5.95 nmi long and had a width of roughly 0.23 nmi wide. Winds around the time of the image were 5 kts coming from the SW. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The analyzed extent of the anomaly is approximate due to the possibility that clouds were partially covering the anomaly.
