REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. Two anomalies were detected in the Bay Marchand area. A narrow slick, 3.3 nm long and up to 0.3 nm wide stretched from southwest to northeast with no definitive point source. A larger area of possible oil was located northeast of the narrow slick. It was up to 2 nm wide and at least 3 nm long from west to east. No point source could be determined.

UNCERTAINTIES: The narrow slick was believed to be associated NRC #1315295 resulting in no uncertainties. The full extent of the larger slick could not be determine because it extended beyond the field of view of the satellite imagery. There's a possibility it is associated with NRC #1315294, but that report was north of the anomaly near the coastline.
