REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The broken anomaly extended about 12 NM in length by approximately 0.2 NM in width at it widest point, had good contrast with its background and had unnatural twists and turns. Additionally, the anomaly appeared to emanate from a point-source. Winds were out of the SE at 5 KT at the time of the image. This anomaly may be related to additional MPSR's generated in the region over the past several days. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
