This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had a strong contrast with its surroundings. The anomaly measured approximately 3.14 nmi long and had a width of roughly 1.05 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 10 kts coming from the N. UNCERTAINTIES: There is little uncertainty since this anomaly can be associated with NRC#1315642.
