REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be emanating from the Destroyed Taylor Platform. The anomaly was segmented and faint along its path that was approximately 11.82nm in length and 0.15nm in width. There was another, much darker anomaly towards the southern edge of the image that was co-located with a natural seep. Since this is a repeat leak source our confidence is High. Winds were NNE around 5-10kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: The darker anomaly to the south may have been related, but the proximity with a natural seep convinced me to omit it from this report.
