REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly is believed to be related to NRC #1315645, #1315755, and #1316263. It apppeared to be connected to an oil facility south of Port Fourchon, LA. It was approximately 17.86nm in length and up to 2.5nm in width. Between the good contrast, sharp edges, and recent reports for this area, our confidence remains High. Winds were generally N around 5kts.
