REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The segmented anomaly as a whole was approximately 14.33 nmi in length and approx 0.07 nmi. in width. The dark colored anomaly had moderate to high contrast against its surrounding environment. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the E between 5-10 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the northern end of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: The full extent was unknown due to cloud coverage in the vicinity. There was also a possibility of relatively thicker oil towards the northern end but the clouds made it difficult to distinguish.
