REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 4.54 nmi in length and approx. 1.78 nmi in width. The dark colored anomaly had moderate to high contrast against its surrounding environment. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NE between 10-15 kts. which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.



UNCERTAINTIES: There were various oil facilities and pipelines in the vicinity which made it difficult to determine a point source.
