REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick possibly emanated from a leaking vessel approximately 31nm east of Delray Beach, Florida. The slick was approximately 4.91nm in length and at the widest point was approximately 2.44nm. The slick had a strong dark contrast to the surrounding environment. Possible feathering was identified along the northern portion of the anomaly, which aligned well with the winds near the time of the image out of the SE at 1kt.
