REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was around 3.0 NM long by about 0.85 NM wide at its widest point, had good contrast with its background and may have exhibited feathering consistent with winds out of the SE at 10 KT at the time of the image. Additionally, a possible point-source may have been connected to the anomaly. Finally, the anomaly may be associated with NRC #1318254. Considering the above factors, we have MED-HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly may not be associated with the suspected point source. The anomaly may not be associated with NRC #1318254 given the 30 hrs that have lapsed between the report and the image.
