REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be associated with Hotline #10361 - Oil report off Huntington Beach, CA and NRC #1318437. The segmented anomaly as a whole was approximately 3.10 nmi long and approx. 4.25 nmi wide. The black colored anomaly had a mixture of well defined and diffused edges which had a moderate to strong contrast against its surrounding environment. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the NW between 0-2 kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: Segments of the anomaly were very diffused and the image being cutoff made the full extent unknown.
