This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured approximately 1.7NM long and 0.1NM at its widest point. The anomaly was linear and may have been emanating from an oil facility to the south, although no point source could be determined. Winds were light and generally less than 5kts out of the NE. UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be confidently identified.
