REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This anomaly was believed to be associated with Hotline #10361 - Oil report off Huntington Beach, CA and NRC #1318437. The anomaly was segmented and covered an area that was roughly 11NM by 4NM. The anomaly appeared rather faint with diffuse edges and medium contrast with the background scene. Winds were WNW/NW at 5-10kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: Due to the recent reports in the area our confidence remains High.
