REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly is about 3.1 NM long by approximately 0.7 NM wide at its widest point, stood out well with its background and had feathering consistent with winds out of the SE at 5-10 KT at the time of the image. Furthermore, the anomaly appeared to originate from a point source. The anomaly is high-likely to be associated with NRC # 1319074 issued earlier today. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
