REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had a sharp contrast to its otherwise homogeneous surroundings and was in the vicinity of a number of pipelines and an oil facility. Winds at the time were from the southeast at 10 kts. The anomaly measured approximately 6.3 nmi long and approximately 0.8 nmi wide. This anomaly may be associated with NRC report #1319125 due to its proximity and description. Please note, this image is approximately 15 hours old at the time of analysis.

UNCERTAINTIES: Because the anomaly was not directly attached to a facility and numerous pipelines were in the vicinity, there was some uncertainty regarding the source.
