REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 2.37 nmi in length and was widest at approximately 0.57 nmi. The anomaly had well defined edges and a strong contrast compared to its surroundings with a dark black color. Additionally, the anomaly was distinguishable from natural phenomena and appeared out of place. Winds at the time of the image were 20 kts from the South.

UNCERTAINTIES: There was no suspected point source, however, there were pipelines in the vicinity of the anomaly.
