REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 1.656 nmi in length and was approximately 0.10 nmi wide. The anomaly was distinguishable from natural phenomena. The anomaly stood out from its surroundings with a strong contrast of light blue and purple colors. The winds at the time of the image were from the SW at approximately10 kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: There was no suspected point source. There were multiple pipelines and facilities near the vicinity of the anomaly.
