REMARKS: A possible oil slick was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil.  The segmented anomaly as a whole extended NNW from the leading edge for about 42.37 NMI in total length and 2.4 NMI as its widest point. The segmented anomaly featured widening with distance and a dark contrast against the ocean background.  The anomaly appeared to be a bilge dump based on its characteristics. The winds near the time of the image were out of the SSE with an average wind speed just over 5 knots.

UNCERTAINTIES: Although the anomaly is suspected to be a bilge dump, a candidate vessel or source could not be determined.
