REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was 2 nm long and .27 nm across at its widest point, and showed decent contrast with the surrounding environment. The anomaly was located 3.24 nm SW of the suspected oil facility point source. Winds were 10 kts from the N at the time of the image, and the anomaly was believed to correspond to NRC report #1326233, Hotline #10403.
