REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The dimensions of the anomaly were approximately 9.3nm by 7.4nm. The anomaly appeared dark in satellite imagery with some sharp edges, but the anomaly was more diffuse to the south. There were multiple oil facilities surrounding the area, so confidence was lower when it came to identifying a potential source. Therefore, the center point of the anomaly was marked. Winds were generally calm with light northerly breezes around 5kts at the time of the image collection.

UNCERTAINTIES: A single point source could not be determined from satellite imagery. The anomaly had some diffuse edges. There were no recent NRC reports regarding this anomaly at the time of report.
