REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 1.2nm in length and 0.6nm at its widest point. The anmomaly appeared to be emanating from an oil facility directly to the east. The anomaly stood out well in satellite imagery, despite its small size and diffuse edges. Due to the proximity to the oil facility and appearance in satellite imagery, this anomaly has been given a High confidence rating. Winds were generally calm with light northerly breezes around 5kts at the time of the image collection.
