REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 3.5nm in length and 0.4nm in width. The anomaly was linear in shape and appeared dark in satellite imagery. The edges were somewhat diffuse but the anomaly stood out well from the surrounding scene, and seemed out of place. There were oil facilites in the vicinity of the anomaly, but the anomaly itself did not appear to be connected to any. Winds were generally calm with light northerly breezes around 5kts at the time of the image collection. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly had some diffuse edges. A point source could not be determined from the satellite imagery. No recent NRC reports have been issued  for this location.
