REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had strong contrast with its surroundings. The anomaly is believed to be related to NRC #1327243 and NRC #1327141. The anomaly measured approximately 8.72 nmi long and had a width of roughly 3.90 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 5 kts coming from the N.

UNCERTAINTIES: A potential point source could not be identified since there were numerous oil facilities in the area around the anomaly.
