REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was about 8.0 NM long by 0.6 NM wide at its widest point and had very good contrast with its background. Additionally, the anomaly was attached to an oil facility and contained areas consistent with possible thicker oil. However, there was no feathering and eddies within the anomaly are reminiscent of sediment or silt in the water, though no other facilities in the scene showed this. Winds were light and variable at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have MED-HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: There is a slight possibility that the anomaly could have been silt or sediment.
