This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. This report is associated with Hotline #10418 Mon Forte Ship Shoal 291. The area of possible oil was approximately 1.63nm in length and 0.32nm in width. The area appeared diffuse with edges that were not well defined. Despite the appearance, confidence remains High based on recent reports and overflights. This area of possible oil may be mixed with other fluids on the ocean surface. Winds were SE around 15-20kts at the time of the imagery. UNCERTAINTIES: The appearance in satellite imagery is not very well defined.
