REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The possible oil had a strong contrast with its surroundings. The possible oil is believed to be associated with Hotline #10418, Mon Forte Ship Shoal 291. The possible oil measured approximately 15.18 nmi long and had a width of roughly 1.64 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 12 kts from the SE. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The possible oil area could have been oil mixed with other well fluids.
