REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil stood out from its surroundings. The possible oil partially appeared metallic in color which is characteristic of thicker oil. The possible oil appeared to emanate westward from an oil pipeline. The possible oil measured approximately 2.45 nmi long and had a width of roughly 0.67 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 11 kts coming from the NE.
