REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The area of possible oil measured approximately 1.35nm in length and up to 0.19nm wide. In optical satellite imagery the area appeared shimmery when compared to the surrounding ocean surface. There was also a portion that had a brighter white reflectance, which is an indication of relatively thicker oil. It is unclear where the possible oil may have emanated from, which leaves our confidence level at Medium-High. Winds at the time were ESE at 5-10kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: A potential point source could not be confidently determined.
