REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGERY IS MORE THAN 24 HRS. OLD*** Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The anomaly was approximately 2.93 nm in length and approx. 0.05 nm in width. The dark colored anomaly had strong contrast against its surrounding and was distinguishable from natural phenomena. There was a slight feathering signature towards the top half of the anomaly. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the west between 0-5 kts. which aligned well with the feathering signature.



UNCERTAINTIES: There were oil pipelines in the vicinity of the sourthern end of the anomaly that could be a possible point source. The full extent of the anomaly, specifically towards the southern end, was unknown due to cloud coverage.
