REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located approx. 170 NMI S from Houma, LA. The anomaly was measured approx. 2.27 NMI long and 0.60 NMI wide as its widest distance. The anomaly showed a fair contrast against the ocean background on high resolution imagery. The winds near the time of the image were out of the NW around 5 knots.

UNCERTAINTIES: A point source could not be determined as there are multiple platforms within the vicinity of the observed anomaly
