REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The slick extended about 1.2 NM long by around 0.04 NM wide at its widest point, had good contrast with its background and had silvery sheen consistent with thicker oil. Additionally, the slick was connected to a repeat leak source. Winds were out of the S at 5 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: High swells in the scene rendered the full extent and degree of thickness of the slick partially indistinguishable.
