REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The segmented slick extended about 2.0 NM long by about 0.7 NM wide at its widest point, had very good contrast relative to its surroundings and had silvery sheen consistent with thicker oil. This same slick was the subject of a previous MPSR and related NRC report (#1337391);  however, no point source could be determined. Winds were out of the SE at 5 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have MED-HIGH confidence in this assessment.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly could be a result of biogenic matter.
